Collection of personal data
When you call on our services, you provide us with your personal data to enable us to provide said services. These data may be collected as part of an interview, through our website, via e-mail, by phone or otherwise. We may also be provided with your personal data via third parties as part of the (coaching) track / temporary assignment.
Personal data: Het Script processes the following personal data categories:
- Name and address details
- Contact details, such as e-mail addresses and telephone numbers
- Date and place of birth
- Professional experiences
- Skills and areas of interest
- Interview reports
- Contents of communications (summary interview reports; own use)
Purposes: Het Script processes these personal data for a variety of different purposes, such as:
- Staying in touch;
- Providing an individual (coaching / development) track;
- Proper and efficient service delivery;
- Client database management;
- Administrative actions such as planning;
- Improving our service delivery;
- Reporting and analysis (by joint consultation only) to render account to clients and to improve our service delivery;
- The collection of bills and putting in place steps to recover outstanding bills;
- Compliance with statutory obligations;
Disclosure to third parties:
As part of our service delivery, your personal data may be disclosed to third parties only with your consent. Examples include IT suppliers or assessment agencies, or other parties whose services are called upon as part of your coaching / development track. In turn, said third parties are allowed to process your personal data only for the purposes listed above.
We will not disclose your data for commercial purposes or charitable causes.
Transfer of your data outside of the EEA
The EEA is the European Economic Area, which consists of the member states of the European Union, Liechtenstein, Norway and Iceland. Your personal data may be processed by our Cloud provider, Apple / Yourhosting. To this end, concrete statutory guarantees have been put in place.
In addition, your data may be stored by third parties outside of the EU where use is made of Google Analytics, LinkedIn or Facebook in contacts with yourself. These parties are EU-US Privacy Shield-certified, which means they are under obligation to comply with the European privacy regulations.
How long we retain your data
Your personal data will not be kept on record for any longer than is strictly necessary for the purposes listed in the present privacy statement. This means that your personal data may be kept on file for as long as they are needed to accomplish the purposes stated.
Some data need to be retained for longer as we are required to observe legal data retention obligations, such as the fiscal data retention obligation.
How we protect your data
We attach great importance to making sure your personal data are properly protected against loss or unauthorised access. For this reason, we have put in place appropriate security measures.
You have the right to request Het Script to give you access to your personal data. Upon receipt of your request, you will be sent a summary of your personal data within one month. Where it transpires that your data contain inaccuracies, you may request us to adapt, supplement, erase or restrict your data.
You may also request for your personal data to be transferred or object to the processing of your personal data by reason of particular personal circumstances.

If you have a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data please do let us know. If we are unable to jointly arrive at an appropriate solution, you are within your rights to enter a complaint with the privacy supervisory authority, which can be contacted at Data Protection Authority.

The present privacy statement may be amended from time to time. Any new versions will be published on the website. Which is why we would advise you to check this statement on a regular basis to make sure you keep abreast of any changes.
